A student on a coach-funded seat keeps a free account: your shared imprints, one imprint of their own, and the seat's 75 credits a month.
When a trader who joined your team on a free, coach-funded seat upgrades to their own paid plan — because your coaching worked — you earn a 30% recurring commission on their subscription, for as long as they stay subscribed — even if they later leave your team. Their seat frees up for your next student, and the upgrade is attributed to you even if they originally arrived through someone else's link — the hands-on coaching relationship wins. (A trader who was already paying for their own plan when they joined keeps their original attribution.)
