Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with ImprintTrader. If you are not happy with your purchase, please read this policy carefully to understand your options.

1. Subscription Refunds

New subscriptions — 7-day satisfaction guarantee

If you subscribe to a paid plan for the first time and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment, provided you have used fewer than 10 AI scoring credits during that period.

To request a refund, email support@imprinttrader.com within 7 days of your subscription start date with the subject line "Refund Request" and your registered email address.

Renewal payments

Monthly subscription renewals are non-refundable. If you do not wish to be charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before your renewal date. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Upgrades and downgrades

If you upgrade your subscription mid-cycle, you will be charged the pro-rated difference immediately. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for unused time on a higher-tier plan when downgrading.

2. Credit Top-Up Refunds

Credit top-up purchases ($8 for 100 credits) are non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account. If you experience a technical issue that resulted in credits being deducted without a successful scoring result, please contact us and we will investigate and restore credits where appropriate.

3. Free Plan

The free plan includes 20 AI scoring credits at no charge. No payment is taken for the free plan and therefore no refund is applicable.

4. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds outside of this policy in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Significant technical issues on our end that prevented you from using the Service for an extended period
  • Duplicate charges due to payment processing errors
  • Charges made after a confirmed cancellation

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@imprinttrader.com with:

  • Subject line: "Refund Request"
  • Your registered email address
  • The date of the charge
  • The reason for your refund request

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@imprinttrader.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods after cancellation.
