Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may and may not do when using ImprintTrader, including its AI-powered features. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Permitted use

ImprintTrader is a trade-journaling, discipline, and behavioral-analytics tool. You may use it to document your own trading strategies, log and review your own trades, and receive AI-generated scoring and feedback on that data, in line with our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the Service — including its AI features — to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation, or facilitate any illegal activity;
Generate, request, upload, or attempt to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful, defamatory, or that promotes violence or discrimination;
Generate, request, or attempt to generate sexually explicit, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise NSFW content, or any content that sexualises minors;
Create deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading content, impersonate any person or entity, or present AI-generated output as professional financial, investment, or legal advice;
Infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
Introduce malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, or compromise the Service or its infrastructure;
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying AI models, prompts, or scoring algorithms;
Use the Service as, or expose it as, a general-purpose chatbot, interface, or API that gives direct access to the underlying third-party AI models;
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers, or circumvent any usage limit, credit allowance, or access control.

3. AI-generated content

ImprintTrader's AI features are powered by third-party AI models and are provided solely for the trade-journaling and self-review purpose described in our Terms. AI-generated scores, coaching notes, and reports are informational only, may contain errors, and must not be relied upon as financial, investment, or trading advice. You are responsible for how you use any output.

4. Independence from model providers

ImprintTrader's AI features are built on top of third-party AI models (currently Anthropic's Claude and Google's Gemini). ImprintTrader is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these providers.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations of this policy and may suspend or terminate access to the Service, remove content, or take any other action we consider appropriate, with or without notice. Serious violations may be reported to the relevant authorities.
