Why it matters
When that happens, you are in a trade your rules did not choose. It tells you nothing about your setup. If you log it, it sits in your Journal beside the trades that follow your rules.
The one habit
When the market is moving without you, run the chart check and score the setup at Before entry before you place an order. Then press "Enter trade" or "Pass — wait for a better setup".
Where it is trained
Score a trade → Before entry. If your rules are not on the chart, the score lists them under "Rule gaps found", and a required rule that is not met holds it at 55 at most. A pass is saved as a Passed setup and never lowers your Discipline score.
